Samson's guidance, I engaged in direct analysis of classroom management foundations and curriculum implementation within the Philippine educational context. Confronting an intensive schedule encompassing 16 class sections spanning Grade 7 through Grade 12 required exceptional managerial agility. This observation revealed a distinctive insight: the effectiveness of the integrated MAPEH curriculum combining four disciplines comprehensively—a structural approach distinctly different from the Indonesian curriculum's tendency to separate Physical Education (PJOK) from Arts subjects. From early observation phases through teaching demonstration design in 11-Voyagers and 11-Originators classes, this intensive experience has not only sharpened my technical competencies in Philippine teaching practice but has equipped me with adaptive capacity as an internationally-minded educator. The cross-national comparison illuminates how integrated subject frameworks can strengthen holistic student development while addressing operational efficiency in resource-constrained educational environments.
