Stepping onto the tarmac at NAIA marked the beginning of something extraordinary. From the moment the CLSU reception team greeted us with genuine warmth to our final courtesy call with mentor teachers, every experience was thoughtfully designed to build confidence and belonging. The Jollibee stop became our first cultural moment, the museum visit connected us to 119 years of agricultural legacy, and the conversations with local educators revealed the heart of this institution. Walking through Dungon: Museo de CLSU—a living archive named after a resilient century-old tree—felt symbolic of our own journey: rooted in history yet reaching forward to growth. These first days transformed nervous arrivals into confident members of the CLSU community, ready to embrace all that lies ahead.
